The secluded garden is partially fenced by a wooden fence and partially bordered by a high wall. There is also a workshop erected on the plot which requires renovation. The reconstruction of the house included new windows.
The house is connected to the local water supply. Sewerage is via a cesspit/septic tank. The main gas valve is located on the outside wall of the house accessible from the street.
