This impressive house built in 1934 is located on a south-facing slope in a picturesque location in Mnichovice with stunning views over the fishing lake, adjacent meadows and deciduous woods.
The ground floor comprises porch, entrance hall, two good-sized rooms with solid fuel stoves, bathroom, closet, separate toilet and a wide stone staircase to the first floor. The first floor of the house was rebuilt in 1999 to create two large rooms and a landing. The house was permanently lived in until 2014 and will require an extensive renovation.

Mnichovice town is located in the picturesque Lada region, approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Prague, and has become a popular city for permanent living due to it’s easy accessibility to Prague, for example the train journey takes 38 minutes. In the winter months Mnichovice and the surrounding area are popular cross-country skiing destinations. Hrusice and the well known Ondřejov observatory are also close by.
